We found Ireland on the map, listened to bagpipes, and did an Irish jig. We also had a special snack to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! Mrs. McKee's classroom learned about all the colors in the rainbow and made rainbows our of construction paper. We talked a lot about shamrocks and made shamrocks. We experimented with a magic rock that the leprechaun brought us and it had a magic gold coin inside. The leprechaun played a lot of silly tricks! We had a really fun and exciting week!
