Students in Mr. Parsons’ PLTW classes have been working hard this week to design vehicles with a set of predetermined supplies. This culminated on Friday, as they tested them to see which group created the vehicle that would travel the farthest. This was a great activity to not only focus on design and production, but also the very important skills of communication and teamwork. We appreciate the work that goes into planning these types of critical thinking experiences that mimic what students will face in the field! Russell Preschool (From the desk of Mrs. Staton)
